To ensure accessibility across diverse user communities, the handbook was published in English, Hindi, and Marathi. By combining technical clarity with an approachable, user-facing format, it aimed to facilitate the wider adoption, independent maintenance, and sustainable deployment of the cooling attachment among drivers and local communities.
